4. What does your source say about your topic? It discusses the laws that pertain to adopting children, and what the circunstances must be.
5. Do you believe your source? I do believe my source.
6. Why or why not? I believe them because it would be more difficult to make all of those rules up then it would be for one of their staff members to just look up.
